Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

My company uses Paylocity for many reasons such as processing payroll, recruiting and onboarding. We use Paylocity to run reports for our finance and admin department. Paylocity has been such a great software for managing employees and processing payroll. I would highly recommend Paylocity to all of my colleagues as this system is extremely user-friendly and even mobile-friendly.

Paylocity's scheduling tool has help automated some practices at my company as well as hold all team members accountable according to their schedule. Payroll has definitely streamlined a lot of processes here at my organization and even helped us reduced the use of tons of paperwork. The payroll system is amazing and extremely user-friendly.
I enjoy the Community module as this is a way my company can recognize a job well done by many employees. Employees love this feature as they can award others with impressions and comment on their successes. This feature is great as it ties into the Performance Module and supervisors can see this.
Paylocity is an all-in-one platform. I have used many HRIS softwares and not one compares to Paylocity. I have been with organizations who have converted from others to Paylocity and have been extremely happy with their decision. Paylocity offers many great modules, integrations and customer service feature that make this software an excellent resource.

Paylocity is well-suited for any size organization. I have used Paylocity for a small business of 60 employees to a large company of 500 employees. Paylocity handles all types of business sizes and is extremely customizable. I enjoy being able to customize my HRIS software experience according to the size of my business and company needs.
