Pros
- keeps track of employee info
- works OK with Clear Company
Cons
- employees have difficulty knowing how to use Paylocity to request time off
- open enrollment is pain full process every year, this year the mandatory spreadsheet had cells the were not set up to calculate as they should have been, we had to figure it out on our own. Paylocity would keep getting wrong rates in open enrollment field. Unable to work with a 20 week payroll process, spread sheet not flexible enough, lots of Manuel entry
- reporting writing is not user friendly, there are better ways to set this up. I have taken the training 3 times, still can't set up a new report

We don't use the video or survey options. You video comes online to slow, we need to start training before we have filled ALL the pages of data Paylocity requires before someone is officially hired. Perhaps if information flowed form screen to screen, it would not take so much to hire or make changes in Paylocity
