Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity all throughout my day. I am always logged in. However a typical user uses it to clock in and out each day, check the community tab and look at they pay frequently.

Pros

  • Makes it easy to pull reports
  • Organized recruiting function
  • Hold all valuable information and documents in employee file.

Cons

  • Creating documents to e-sign/onboard, a lot of steps, can't see doc unless you send to a user
  • Automatically showing I-9 expiration dates
  • More consistent processes
  • Better organization with recruiting
It helps keep everything accessible to multiple people wherever they are.
We try to have our employees utilize the functions but sometimes it is hard to get them onboard since there are so many logins and platforms we have to use.
This is the only payroll platform I have used.

Paylocity holds all information about employees. However if you aren't familiar with it or don't use it everyday it can be information overload.
