Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Paylocity all throughout my day. I am always logged in. However a typical user uses it to clock in and out each day, check the community tab and look at they pay frequently.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Makes it easy to pull reports
Organized recruiting function
Hold all valuable information and documents in employee file.

Cons

Creating documents to e-sign/onboard, a lot of steps, can't see doc unless you send to a user
Automatically showing I-9 expiration dates

We try to have our employees utilize the functions but sometimes it is hard to get them onboard since there are so many logins and platforms we have to use.

Paylocity holds all information about employees. However if you aren't familiar with it or don't use it everyday it can be information overload.
