Paylocity serves as our HRIS system including for onboarding, benefit elections, expense reimbursements, and payroll.
- The integration between Onboarding, Benefits and HR & Payroll applications is very efficient, alleviating hours of manual work.
- Their EDI file with our benefit providers is also efficient and greatly time saving
- The Expense application provides an employee driven process, saving our accounting team's time and increasing efficient communications
- Paylocity to QBO integration could be more user friendly to setup, it is very manual to map accounts currently
- It would be ideal if Payroll reports could be saved with certain configurations to be reused each pay cycle. Currently you need to select your desired configuration each time before running the report.
- Reduction in errors, increase in efficiencies, ability to standardized recruiting process
They have greatly increased our efficiencies as well as ability to be more dynamic in responding to recruiting needs. We are able to preload job descriptions and have high demand roles queued to launch quicker with less click throughs to establish. Additionally the Recruiting module allows us to add in hiring managers and interviewers into the specific flows needed, creating more clarity in communication on candidates.
