Paylocity has been the fantastic ability to combine a number of separate systems into one platform because it has greatly improved our onboarding experience. it can complicated as compared to our previous payroll provider because this system is a massive improvement. it has the bad ability to provide better customer support so it is not always the most responsive when we have to need this platform. We having ongoing issues with our video file integration in the Learning module that can be creating frustration at our new hire and current employee level.
- Paylocity has enabled us to automate many things that were manual because it has saved us time and has also helped to earn back the trust of employees with increased accuracy in payroll.
- we have worked with another very popular employee manager and it was not intuitive at all and I had to watch a video just to even understand how to navigate the website, so I appreciate that paylocity is or straightforward and it has a very easy and simple application.
