Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity has been the fantastic ability to combine a number of separate systems into one platform because it has greatly improved our onboarding experience. it can complicated as compared to our previous payroll provider because this system is a massive improvement. it has the bad ability to provide better customer support so it is not always the most responsive when we have to need this platform. We having ongoing issues with our video file integration in the Learning module that can be creating frustration at our new hire and current employee level.
  • Paylocity has enabled us to automate many things that were manual because it has saved us time and has also helped to earn back the trust of employees with increased accuracy in payroll.
  • we have worked with another very popular employee manager and it was not intuitive at all and I had to watch a video just to even understand how to navigate the website, so I appreciate that paylocity is or straightforward and it has a very easy and simple application.
  • This software is generally effective and user-friendly.
  • It has the lack capability to responsive its features that can be a significant drawback for users who encounter problems or have questions.
  • This can be frustrated and just wasted time as new users struggle to troubleshoot on their own or wait for unresponsive support.
  • It is an integrated system that which we use for HRIS, Recruiting and Payroll because it has easiest functionality and straightforward implementation.
  • Paylocity is a solid option for managing HR processes because its features are robust and it get provide a comprehensive solution for many common HR tasks.
  • However, the quality of their customer support has declined recently that which is disappointing for users who rely on this support to address issues.

Paylocity has made it possible for me to accomplish staying on top of HR issues and payroll that we have time to devote to my other responsibilities as the VP of Finance and Administration.

We like the various components that can be available to get integrates with Employee Navigator. We have also used this platform for applicant tracking that can be eliminating one more step with a spreadsheet.
