Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Learning and development, Time and labor, Onboarding, Payroll, Electronic Documents, Reporting Reporting, and timeliness of responses have been a current challenge.

Pros

  • Helpful User Guides.
  • Speed of website and mobile app.

Cons

  • Onboarding process and making it more user-friendly with electronic document upload and signing.
  • Creating custom reports and granting report access is confusing and time consuming.
  • Faster.
  • Reduced errors.
  • Provided better data more quickly.
Faster and more accurate reporting.

Overall, the system offers a lot of features and is easy to use to find information, and the speed of the site and mobile app are great. I would be interested in more of Paylocity's learning and development and how those training hours are tracked.
