Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We currently use Paylocity in almost all aspects of our Human Resources department. We use Paylocity for payroll, time and labor, performance reviews, health benefits tracking and management, cobra administration, recruiting, and onboarding. We are able to use Paylocity to communicate changes with our insurance carriers as staffing changes happen. Most of the onboarding has been streamlined to be electronic, saving paper and time. Our benefit elections flow smoothly from bswift to our payroll deductions.

- Getting customer support is quick and online help is excellent.
- Onboarding is flexible and customizable to what ever we need which is ever changing.
- Would like more flexibility and control over security (i.e. what staff have access to). We've had issues when departments have co-directors, and we can't have more than one supervisor assigned to be able to see detailed HR information.
- We would love to have the opportunity to assign a GL code without having to call Paylocity to do it for us.
- We choose to file our taxes ourselves and would love to have the ability to run our state SUTA report ourselves rather than having to call for it every quarter.
- We have reduced the time spend filing papers with online onboarding.
- Data tracking through the data insights tool and reporting capabilities helps in making more informed decisions.
- The bswift benefits management tool gives us quick access to information for our insurance brokers when evaluating plan changes.
Time tracking is great. Love the newest feature allowing staff to request changes to their timesheet if they miss a punch or just have a wrong punch. It puts it on them to fix, and then supervisors can just approve rather than having to make changes for staff. Time flows smoothly to payroll. If we make retro pay changes, the system does a great job calculating what needs to be adjusted, saving time manually making calculations.
We are just beginning to use the employee engagement tools more, so we are hoping to see more employee participation in that community.

I don't know that we did anything special for the support that we get. We've just always had excellent support.
Yes - Anytime we report a "bug" they are quick to resolve it. We typically get an email letting us know that whatever we were experiencing has been resolved.
Our nursing department wanted to start using the scheduling within the system. We had not previously used that part of the product. They were very patient and showed our nursing manager directly how to use the product to accomplish her goals for her department walking her through each step to ensure success for her.
