I think Paylocity is a rip off
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
In my opinion, Paylocity customer service is a joke. We have a dedicated rep that was, in my experience, totally unavailable, during a major payroll adjustment. We were given contradictory and confusing information by the representatives. In my opinion, their lack of clear direction costs our company $200,000 in tax liabilites.

- In my experience, Paylocity refused to take accountability
I think they would be great if they worked as intended, Then, in my experience, when things go wrong Paylocity can take weeks to get back to you. Often with no solution or guesses.
In my opinion, Paylocity looks like it has all the "bells and whistles" that ADP WFN has, but it definitely does operate as well. It's not user friendly for the administrators, nor employees.
