Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We process payroll using the Paylocity platform and many other platforms for our clients. Implementation projects seem to be the most complicated.

Pros

  • Customer Service win hands down over most payroll providers
  • The HR, Payroll and Time and Labor modules are integrated and work well
  • Time Off Policies are easy to manage

Cons

  • Implementation Team is sometimes rushed and time and labor rules according to states are not always built correctly.
  • the turnaround time for amendments with the banking/tax team can sometimes be very long.
  • saves time and streamlined
  • less errors
  • full service tax client services is a bonus
everything used to be tracked manually on spreadsheets.

Paylocity is an excellent tool for all your payroll needs.
It can handle complex pay rates, tax scenarios, and multiple companies under one umbrella. The software is user friendly and the Knowledge Base is great for looking up definitions, how-to-do-it guides, etc.
