Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use the Recruiting, Onboarding, HR & Payroll, Learning Management and Time & Labor. The product provides employees and managers visability.
- Recruiting module is easy to use
- Time & Labor allows employees easy access to view their timecards
- Time off requests are easy to use
- Setting up hourly increments in the time off portion
- No direct access to speak with the tax specialists
- Better workforce visability
- Reduced errors
Freed up HR's time to concentrate on other areas of HR.
We have not used this tool too much yet.
Paylocity is very similar to Paycom and both are easier to use than other softwares. Paylocity's HR & Payroll were already implemented when I joined the company. I just added additional modules.
