Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use it for everything HR/Payroll. We use onboarding, payroll, performance evaluations, employee morale and document storage.
- Store Data
- Provide a central location for everything
- Makes payroll easy (mostly)
- A lot of the recent updates have made things harder to find or use (like skipping prenotes)
- Instructions on using some of the payroll updates haven't been clear
- Improved our onboarding process
It has provided me with more time to focus on other objectives.
We're just starting to try out these tools so I can't provide feedback just yet.
