Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Payroll, employee management, performance, recruiting, benefits, onboarding, etc.
  • Integrates all areas of HR in once place
  • API's (Application Programming Interface) that integrate with other companies/vendors
  • Mobile app that lets our users see their basic information.
  • Bswift acts like a separate entity
  • Bswift doesn't treat our 401k like an employee benefit for some reason.
  • The time off process has been very difficult to setup and manage.
  • Reduced errors by allowing for less manual work in our other system.
  • Higher visibility on employees information.
  • Better data-driven decision making.
It's been a limited impact so far, but we're looking to build out more workflows and automation in the future.
Very minimal. Our employees are just happy to have an app that they can see their paycheck on it.
I think Paylocity is much more user friendly that Workday.

Paylocity is a great product to provide your employees a resource to see all their pertinent employment information. It also integrates well with other partners and has many functions for HR professionals.
