Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

tracking timecards, personnel information, company announcements, payroll, and working on more!

It helps bring multiple business/personnel needs into one location. Versus a separate time card app, payroll app, etc.

  • Payroll Tracking and Reporting
  • Company Outreach (Community, announcements, etc)
  • Onboarding (Packets, all in one place)
  • HR and Tax forms: major issues this year with ACA reporting
  • integrations: "360" doesn't always truly mean this
  • Account management: clear when there's a lot of customers having issues because response time is much slower than ideal.
  • helps hold employees accountable for their own information
  • better data/history tracking (digital now versus mostly paper-based before)
they have/will help but still some manual revision/overrides needed. Features are broad but every business runs a little differently. Hopefully more features/functionality to come.
Able to do more consistent employee shoutouts! Automatic anniversary and birthday mentions are a huge plus and help our team feel and know they're valued
We have not selected this yet, we are finding that this is built more for companies that reimburse expenses versus track expenses made by employees from company credit cards. Working through this still.

for time, payroll, and employee-management- fantastic all aroundfor benefits, 3rd party integrations/implementations- the fees stack up, and more than not, they are 180 integration or not a "true' 360 integration.Seems like once we've gotten through implementation, and need future assistance, answers happen slower and more directing to ask other people when it's something specifically- Paylocity's responsibility. 1095 reporting information- was told to ask our broker for issues but it was how Paylocity had setup our plans (incorrectly) initially that resulting in an issue.Took 2+ weeks to get help from our account manager on this, was working with other account managers who couldn't helpAccount managers don't have away messages- or even upcoming availability so when we reach out and don't hear from them for days and keep following up, we have no idea what's going on.
