Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We are working to implement all of Paylocity's features in our organization. As of now we have begun with Time & Labor to track employees' hours and allow them to specify the work they are doing to accurately track across different projects/grants. We also have begun using recruitment to ensure we are able to create a seamless transition from recruiting to hiring. Performance management has helped us keep track of all performance reviews to make sure we are getting them completed in a timely fashion.

Reduced the time it takes for employee changes to take place. Increased efficiency in reporting. Enhanced employees' capabilities to edit their personal information. Decreased time taken to run payroll and payroll related reports. Applicant tracking has reduced spreadsheet usage and created a more open process, allowing management to provide their insights and feel more connected. Given more resources to leaders to track their employees performance through goals and journals, which should relieve stress when reviews come around in the future.
Community has been useful when sharing about milestones and events. We are beginning to utilize Community for our company committees as well. People have shared they appreciate the peer recognition. Surveys keeps all information on one platform and provides us with the customization necessary to reach our employees, while still providing templates to help come up with ideas and edit to fit our organization.
The employee interface is easier for employees to use and understand. Provides them with the access needed to edit their information. Encourages employees and managers to participate in different areas, such as performance reviews and time keeping. The ability to track different processes in the system is beneficial to both HR and leaders.
