I use Paylocity everyday for HR functions such as onboarding, recruitment, reporting, LOA tracking, wages/salary, performance, compliance training, documentation, payroll, PTO, and time & labor

Payroll takes an entire week to process and submit. By automating the payroll process the HR team can effectively reduce time spent on payroll with little to no errors.
Employee engagement tools have not been utilized in my organization as much as we would like to. We often time use it to make announcements and recognize employees but not to the extent we would like it to, so definitely there is an area of growth and improvement there.
It works more effectively for medium-to-large size companies.
