Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We utilize Paylocity for time and attendance and HCM. Prior to implementation we were using paper timecards.

Pros

  • Mobile app
  • Geofencing

Cons

  • Implementation... it was not the easiest process
  • Improved timecard management
  • Improved onboarding
  • Improved jobs posting
It has allowed us to track time and attendance with more efficiency.
Our staff loved the impressions. This was our first time implementing surveys which helped to improve engagement.
