Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity's HCM platform has been instrumental to our staffing and recruiting organization. For our use, it is extremely easy to onboarding temporary team members and backed by a supportive and easily accessible support team. The workflows are seamless and easy to navigate for an HR department of one. The scalability and flexibility of Paylocity is most impactful to our business.

Pros

  • Onboarding New Team Members
  • Navigating Between Different Portrals
  • Running Payroll is a Breeze

Cons

  • Time Off Requests and Banks
  • Adding training modules focusing on specific skills i.e.: customer service training. Paycom had numerous training mini-courses.
  • Lower costs for HCM software and offers excellent scalability
Outside of autopay for regular salaried employees, we do not use many of the automation tools.
We have not used the engagement tools.
Price point for was the main driver for this decision.

Paylocity's scalability is great for companies in staffing and recruiting. Generally, the HCM is easy to use and navigate.
