Paylocity is AMAZING! But! Implementation will be a PAIN, just like any other HRIS

- I have used Paylocity for over 4 years with 4 different companies. I have noticed since I first used it, in my opinion, customer service has depleted. AMs are not allowed to do changes or switches like others used to do before or are not trained to do so.
- Training Customer Service Reps - in my opinion, AMs are often found to be unknowledgeable of the system and refer to PEAK. Sometimes they do not read the inquires correctly. I often have to reiterate to them what I need. Usually it is because something is not working. Otherwise, I know how to use the system since I use PEAK often.
- I wish I could see that reports send the report to someone's email directly vs. picking it up on report pickup.
- Because we have a bundle service of HCM Complete or something, you would think that would mean we would have everything and all modules included. But we do not. Sometimes modules get upgraded within. Now, if that happens, you need to pay for the additional service. Why? if we already have that module included (Market Pay). This has caused serious issues with Leadership wanting to change from Paylocity to a different system.
They work well. No complaints there.
Don't really use.
