Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
All payroll and HR administration including training for our own internal operations and also multiple clients' businesses ranging from 3 up to 100 employees. We are a HR consulting and service provider.
Pros
- New client onboarding. Launching Paylocity effectively.
- Onboarding new employees and personnel records.
- Time keeping and payroll.
Cons
- Enable administrator capability to create new fillable forms and documents.
- Efficient onboarding. Overall time spent is reduced by 70%.
- Personnel filing and record keeping. Very simple and much more organized. Compliance auditing time is reduced by 75%.
Efficiencies have increased our profitability significantly. I estimate more than 25% with some clients.

Paylocity is hands down the best platform to work with in every way as a tool and also as an overall customer and support experience.

No, I am not the decision maker.
I needed to add an onboarding item for time and labor configuration as we had not set it up initially. The support tech knew exactly how to add the checklist module and walked me through the process in minutes. I was able to repeat this process on my own for other clients' Paylocity accounts and checklist items.
