Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for TA, Payroll, Timekeeping, Recognition, LMS, Performance, Edge, and surveys. As a non-profit, cost is everything, so our processes must be as efficient as possible. Paylocity makes everything user-friendly and efficient, enhancing the HR and Employee experience. We save time, paper, and recruiting costs while improving retention and engagement. I have used UKG and SuccessFactors (Enterprise level), and Paylocity is as close as you can get to them without the complexity or cost.

- Date reminders for performance.
- One page payroll instead of importing time from another screen/module.
- Add more background companies to the main HR page (I use Checkr, but it only works in recruiting, not in the main HR module.

I haven't fully utilized it yet, but what I am using is working great. I wish payroll was more automated, such as importing time automatically after review and the ability to have batches auto-generate and find errors. In addition, better calendar sharing would allow you to share your calendar with applicants so they can book time according to HR availability.
Surveys have helped a lot. I wish they were a little more robust with the reporting that allows AI to summarize comments and generate recommendations or commonalities to look for. The community has allowed the org to streamline communications and improve recognition. Before, there were massive amounts of emails to get out communications.
