Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

My organization uses Paylocity primarily for onboarding and payroll. Paylocity helps us make sure all new hires receive the paperwork needed to be authorized to work, and are able to receive a paycheck. Paylocity also works to keep a database of employees' personal information, such as their phone numbers, so that they can be contacted in an emergency.

  • Quick payroll.
  • Easy to use.
Paylocity has some automation tools, but my organization doesn't often use them.
We don't use these tools.
Paylocity is a step up from both ADP Workforce Now and Harri. Harri is limited and not very user-friendly, and ADP often has system issues. However, ADP has better reporting.

Paylocity is well-suited for onboarding and document tracking. It's incredible how all documents get saved on the employee's profile. The user profiles are easy for admins and employees to navigate. Paylocity is less well-suited for needed specific reports or analytics because the formatting is often wrong. Paylocity could improve by allowing for more flexibility.
