Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for all payroll functions, as well as Onboarding

Pros

  • happy with the tax payments and 401k transfer - zero worry
  • onboarding into payroll is usually without problems
  • invoicing and payments are seamless

Cons

  • lately long hold times for CS
  • occasional issues with payroll time import
  • benefits info did not tsf well - we switched providers
  • ACA filing is cumbersome
  • Better ability to review hours by location and department
  • reduced overall costs
  • more consistent processes
Scheduling has made it easier to more accurately track hours. Onboarding has made it easier to get all required documentation from new hires. LMS system has made sending out and tracking trainings easier. Employees are happy with On Demand pay and the app.
Some managers do utilize the Peer Recognition and seem to like it. We do not use the surveys but do use the platform to get required information out to our employees.
Employees like to see their time off balances and pay records. The system is easy for the employees to use
We were with Paycor before coming over to Paylocity and we feel Paylocity is easier for our employees to use. Reports are easier to run to gather the information we need .
