Paylocity Is Great!
Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is used for a variety of things in my organization, mainly HR management and Payroll. It helped streamline A LOT of things and put a lot of things in one place. We use this for performance reviews, benefits admin, FSA, payroll, file management, compensation management, recruiting, hiring and onboarding. Basically Paylocity is used from the time the person applies for the job until the time they are offboarded.

- Payroll administration is quick and simple
- Recruiting is all encompassed in one place so its easy to track applicants.
- HR file management is organized and simple
Cons
- Benefits admin could be a little simpler during open enrollment and tie is spending accounts
- Reduced time
- Reduced errors
- Way more consistency
They've made things extremely easy to manage. Payroll is simple and takes way less time then it did in the past therefore I can spend my time looking at other things to improve or other things that need greater attention.
We've used engagement tools to create different groups, employees like to interact within them. They also enjoy giving out recognition to each other. The survey tool is easy to use and helps us a lot when keeping a pulse on the staff and their needs/wants.
The simplicity of use and the organization of Paylocity is no match to anyone. Paylocity's customer service is above and beyond what any other provider has given to me in the past.
