Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We utilize nearly all available modules. The integration is great. The Data Insights area has been a great time saver. Up to date analytics at the touch of a button is fantastic! No more separate spread sheets for each item that has to be updated manually. Now we are integrating the background checks, Awesome!!

  • It has streamlined all of our HR and payroll processes allowing us to do more with less.
Not only has it streamlined processes allowing us to do more with less, it has allowed us to scheduled things that would have previously been a calendar reminder to enter on a future date. This has resulted in fewer errors and missed items.
We don't utilize it near enough due to having an inhouse Community program. It is great for mass announcements
The implementation for UKG was a very painful and tedious process, with ongoing issues.

The HRIS is easy to navigate. Though I do not love the new User Access change. Often it shows the name of the last person accessed with the current person's information. The compensation is fairly easy to use and it is great that it feeds right into the payroll system.

Using Paylocity

575 - All Insurance and Financial Services at all levels from Exec to Interns
3 - Our HR team supports all staff in all areas of Paylocity. We have a payroll specialist, benefits manager and general support. We all use the product on a day to day basis.

Paylocity Support

Our support rep is not always available. However, I typically will talk to whoever on the team answers. Usually I find that they can help me. Our support rep is responsive by email and normally will answer in a reasonable amount of time. He is knowledgeable and if he is not sure he will connect me with someone who specializes in the issue.

When new to this company our support team was very responsive in my first several payroll to assist and make sure that I was comfortable with the process and timing.

Using Paylocity

It is user friendly, I think the issues that I have are more with the setup at implementation. It is an intuitive product for the most part. I wish that when you changed information in one place that it would que you to make sure it is changed in all pertinent areas. The workflows help but it seems there are some things that don' t flow from module to module.

Yes - Great! We have a lot of staff who never log onto a desktop or laptop and only use the app.
