Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for all payroll functions from clock in to benefits administration. Addresses many issue we occurred with other payroll vendors from benefits to paid time off systems

  • Mass texting to employee base for notifications

  • Allows us to be efficient with employee work load
  • Employee ease of use
  • Great workflows for on boarding
Paylocity automation allows us to work with a small HR staff with 300 employees
Not a lot of impact for employee engagement mostly because of our corporate structure
