Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
we use Paylocity for all of our payroll, onboarding and benefits along with taxes.

- Market Analysis - sometimes doesn't register under employee
- ACA should connect with benefits
- Onboarding should be able to delete taxes not being used
- Helping with E-Verify to make sure all employees are onboarded properly.
- Benefit process seamless and quick.
- Being able to scan in all employee paperwork to keep together
Onboarding has made the process easier. I like having all the components but I think they should work seamlessly together, like the Benefits combining with the ACA site.
Community has had a big impact with recognizing our employees milestones and birthdays automatically.

Using Paylocity
140 - Employees use Paylocity to see their time cards, paychecks and tax forms. They can also login and change their personal information, request time off and even see employee recognitions. The company uses Paylocity for payroll, time cards, checks, garnishments, onboarding, taxes, time off, benefits, etc. Product works well, however, they do seem to make changes often which can be kind of confusing unless you are looking at all the updates.
2 - Our people need to know how to use the software for Payroll, onboarding, garnishments, taxes, benefits among other things. Processing weekly payroll is our main objective and keeping track of employee times through the timecard process. Managers can also log in and see the timecards for their own employees and also approve their time off.

I don't believe we have - not sure.
Yes - still not resolved as far as I know.
Have been a tremendous help with the garnishments service not just for child support but also for tax levy's.
