Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is used in my organization to process payroll, onboard new employees, keep track of employee records, manage PTO, and deductions for certain benefits. All employees have a Paylocity profile. Paylocity addresses the business problem of having to manage a growing employee force efficiently and effectively, and all the factors that involve that process.

Paylocity automating tax forms has had a great positive impact on our organization. In the past, we would have had to mail out W2 and 1095-C forms to employees, which is costly and inefficient especially as our team grows. With Paylocity, these tax forms are available online and can easily be accessed by employees, and they are mailed directly to those who want a physical copy.
In past organizations, I used ADP Workforce Now and Harri for onboarding, benefit administration, and employee management. Paylocity is big step up from both of those services. Paylocity has much better customer service, is more user friendly, and has more modules and products involved that make it a one stop shop compared to ADP and Harri.
