Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity allows us to handle our payroll easily. They also take care of filing our taxes and making tax payments. When we first switched, they were able to help during COVID-19 with the social security repayments that other companies could not handle. However, they have many features that we don't use that are geared toward much bigger companies.

- The website can be difficult to navigate.
- No ability to import hours from our time clock.
- We use this to process payroll. It gets the job done.

We don't use them. There are many features that we, as a small business, don't need. They are likely a great fit for larger companies. Paylocity offers many features on its website. The app is a great feature, as it has reduced our need to print direct deposit stubs because our employees can access them on the app.
