Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for Payroll needs. Paylocity handles the processing and taxes for us. Timekeeping is maintained, as we are a large entity and require organization across all our different levels. We also use Paylocity for employee record-keeping.

Pros

  • TimeKeeping.
  • Custom Calculations.
  • Training from Account Manager as needed.

Cons

  • Some updates are not discussed and happen. Need time and training for all updates.
  • With so many custom calculations, it becomes difficult to navigate when one thing is adjusted and key information remains unchanged. Makes payroll a mess.
  • There needs to be more communication and training for the team members who help the account managers, so they can be on the same page when help is needed.
  • Reduced Errors.
  • Consistent processes.
  • better workforce visibility.
Time Tracking is efficient.
Many of our employees enjoy the Peer Recognition program.
The daily time card approval process is straightforward and can be used by multiple supervisors.
