Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity for time keeping, Community engagement, payroll and recognition. It's ease of use has been game-changing for my organization.

Pros

  • Employees can easily track their time and pay checks through the app.
  • We can communicate with all employees in our manufacturing setting when needed.
  • The LMS platform is robust and user friendly.

Cons

  • The workflows are fascinating, but cumbersome to customize and somewhat limiting.
  • Custom fields are limiting and unable to report.
  • Reduced payroll errors with integrated time and labor
  • Increased employee engagement with community
Automation in payroll and onboarding have helped to save time and increase efficiencies.
Community has helped us to communicate company-wide. We are manufacturing where most do not have email, so having a centralized way to communicate has been helpful in mays that we did not even imagine.
Superior mobile app, reporting capability, ease of use for employees to leadership, system administration is simple.

Paylocity is definitely suited for organizations that want to interact with their employees in new ways. The employees can easily engage in the many different portals. Paylocity continues to make improvements to make their tools useful.
