Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We utilize Paylocity to process our payroll, track clocking in and out punches, tracking PTO, conduct performance reviews, share total reward statements in the compensation piece, 360 feeds to/from ouf 401k provider, Principal, 180 feed from our benefits platform, PlanSource, and we recently purchased the recognition and rewards piece that we plan to roll out to our staff in a couple of weeks.

- Figure a premium based on employees hourly rate (PTO buy-up)
- Be able to decipher 401k contribution options on regular pay vs bonus pay
- better data-driven decision-making
- reduced errors
with our 360 and 180 feeds, it saves us time every pay so we don't have to manually enter items and risk entering these items in incorrectly. I am hopeful we will add the recruiting piece in 2026.
honestly, we have other products are currently use for community, surveys, and videos. as i mentioned, we have added recognition and rewards and will roll this out to our staff soon.
I have somewhat recently window shopped at other vendors and find the ones I have reviewed offer nothing more than Paylocity does.
