Overall Satisfaction with Pendo.io
We use Pendo.io to measure customer usage of our products and features. This helps us measure our project KPIs to see if our efforts and investments are valuable or if any changes need to be made to our products or features. Additionally, we use the NPS surveys to measure customer satisfaction of our products and to get feedback. The built in NPS also allows us to measure this metric over time to see how feedback changes positively or negatively.

- Easier page tagging functionality
- Better tooltip and guide installation features
- Easier csv exports
- Ability to prove our tools are reducing effort across other teams
- Decreased time that product team spends pulling data together
- Ability to prove that customers are adopting our products as we add new features.
