We use it to lead our new users through our dashboard and provide insights, recommendations, and the like. On the analysis side, we use the data from to better understand how our customers are using our product and where they spend the bulk of the time, and using that information we strive to improve our product. It also provides us better indicators of who are the regular users, and who are just overseers that access it for top-level data.

WalkMe is an industry leader, but they charge an arm and a leg. Working with them you get a lot of support and CSM time, but is it really worth that price tag? was an easy choice for that simple reason.

When you have a SaaS product or any web-based application/product that needs some kind of walkthrough or guide, is a fantastic tool because it provides you with a way to lead the customer through your product. For complex or even rather simple sites, makes for a great addition because you decide how much control/expertise you want the customer to have. Feature Ratings

From my perspective, is a great product and answers our needs. However, nothing is perfect, but we have no complaints from, so I imagine it will be renewed - it's just not my decision.
