Pros
- Client Support - CSM, Technical Team, documentation
- New feature development - seems like they're always innovating
- In-person events - i.e. Pendomonium, local /regional events
Cons
- I've asked for one small tweak to guides page - to add a column for the goal, which seems do-able that hasn't been addresses
- Their new home page is a little overwhelming.
- The new email tool doesn't have a great UI.
- Cutting cost and time in developing our new / updated application
- Reducing time to first value for our users
- Increased revenue / mitigated cancellation for expired contracts.
We have already been using Pendo.io for many and it is integrated into our products.
