Procore Project Management

Procore is leveraged company-wide as our primary project management software. It streamlines document management and field quality control. It drives efficiency by reducing the time spent on filing, printing, sending, and managing document distribution and storage. Our field staff use it for real-time quality control and safety management. Our engineering staff consolidate all RFI's, submittals, photo documentation, change management, etc. into one place where the full project team (including subcontractor team members, design team members, and Owner team members, can view in real time.

Docusign integration has been great for easy contract execution and change order execution. The security of DS is a major selling point, and our integration with Procore is critical to streamline contracts and how we safeguard our work. We also have an integration with JD Edwards which is absolutely critical to our financial reporting. Being able to do all financial management within Procore, which is easy to use and has great features as opposed to JDE is a huge time savings for the PM staff, and the integration allows us to keep our accounting done in JDE, which is critical for that aspect of the business.

Daily Logs are critical project documentation, and Procore's mobile tool makes it easy for the Superintendents to keep up with the paperwork and provide detailed information. The ability to copy manpower from the day before saves a ton of manual entry, and Procore automatically tracking weather is another time savings. The ability to voice text and quickly take notes throughout the day makes the process more efficient as well.
