Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Our end users complain about the quantity of emails and how confusing they are at times. I agree that this should be tested / made better! Just making the way the emails come across easier to follow and read would be a big change and would be welcome on my end!
We primarily use Procore so there is not much integration with other programs. I have used it combined with Microsoft Project and that worked flawlessly and was so awesome! The ease of combing the two programs was very impressive and I combine my project schedules with Procore on every project now! Keep it up!
Procore is used as a communication tool between the office and the field. It is great for someone like myself that works in both settings. It is easy to retrieve information that I need and to add new information. The tracking system of when new info and by whom is added is awesome and a wonderful tool as other programs do not have this feature. The photo feature is great also and always for an easy way to upload pictures for all to see/review. The phone app is easy to operate. My favorite part is being able to get online on any computer and access my projects; it's the simplicity of Procore that I enjoy the most.

  • I don't enjoy the scheduling portion... this is difficult as I am used to Microsoft Project, so that is one section that we do not use.
  • The time card section needs to remember what I chose previously. Sometimes a pain when I don't enter my time on a daily basis. Impossible to change/update.
Procore has proven to be difficult for new collaborators. It seems that several of my clients do not enjoy the platform, but we are firm supporters of it and push it on them because it is so easy. It just takes a few mini lessons with our end users and then they are happy to use the program!

Viewpoint was difficult to use and learn. Procore I picked up within a 2 hour sit down with one of the other project managers. Easy to work through issues and figure out how to do new things. Help section is much more helpful than any other program I have used.
Procore is great for people like me that jump between the office, field and home office. It is available as an app so can be used on my phone or my iPad. I enjoy the functionality and to date don't see any downsides to it. I would like it to remember/auto fill more areas instead of starting from scratch each time, the time card function specifically.

Both programs were antiquated and did not work well for our needs in the construction industry. Neither were very user friendly in the field and made collaboration between the field and the office very difficult. Procore fixed this issue for us and works great both in the field and in the office!

Product usability - we were looking for a product that was easy to learn and even easier to use in both the field and in the office. I wanted a program that had many ways to track all of the docs in construction and we found it in Procore. The added features that continue to come out are always welcome and make the program better and better!
I do not think I would change a thing... Procore is exactly what we were looking for. It fulfilled all of the items that we needed and made them easily accessible in the field. I look forward to the other new features that Procore continues to add and improvements they make to all of the original features!
