Overall Satisfaction with Procore
My entire organization is using Procore to manage all paperwork pertaining to our projects. Everything from contracts to RFI, submittals and change orders are being generated and logged through Procore. Procore has practically eliminated the need for most forms and spreadsheets otherwise need if we were managing jobs the old-fashioned way.
- Procore allows users to create documents and forms through a series of drop down menus and boxes to check.
- Procore also makes it very easy for recipients of RFIs, submittals and change orders to respond by simply respond to the email they receive from Procore.
- Procore logs everything for you which is great!
- Procore should find ways to better and more easily integrate with other construction related software.
- Procore should implement a feature for employees to clock in and out of a job.
- Procore has saved our organization alot of time by cutting down on the amount of paperwork needed to be generated in the past.
Procore is great in the fact that you are assigned a support team from the very beginning and they help you get set up right away. Procore is also very user friendly and helpful videos are right there when you need them for any given tool.
