We currently use Procore for Subcontract Administration and Daily Reports.

Pros and Cons

Connect field and office side.
Track changes.
I appreciate the Directory tool.
Support is very responsive.

Estimating portion would benefit from having a Subcontractor Database.

Alternatives Considered

Prolog, Constructware and iSqFt

We selected Procore based on the cost vs. capabilities.

Collaboration Benefits

Our primary owner isn't a Procore user. Our projects are fairly simple and don't use the full range of the capabilities of Procore.

Saved paper for sure.

Given field a platform to record daily reports in a simple way.

Ease of Integration

Lots of procedures for integration. If all users took part in integration, integration would have been great.

Likelihood to Recommend

Procore is a useful tool if everyone on a team is required to use its functions. If all users aren't fully on board, many of the reports aren't accurate. Requires buy-in from all involved.
