Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used throughout our whole company as the project management platform for all of our active construction projects and jobs. It allows our field staff to stay in contact with our internal office personnel as well as the subcontractors from various trades and all of the project owners' employees.
Pros
- The ability to use on multiple devices has allowed for the project data to be readily available to the field staff.
- Communication on punch list items with subs is a simple email away with the tools.
- Constant updates and provided monthly training allow our users to continue to develop skills and use the product to its full potential.
Cons
- User management on the administrator side could be simpler.
We as a company have been able to take advantage of the collaboration tools. They work extremely well for providing instant communication between our office and remote staff. We have also been able to include subcontractors with accounts in order to provide details and images to the ones working on certain projects.
- By far the increased productivity due to the simple communication method between office and remote staff has been the highlight.
- Having knowledge of who has the ball in court for outstanding items is a tool we are using to push our projects to completion.
- The overall ease of use and ability to go paperless has allowed the projects to move faster. Digital signed documents [are great]. Field staff having everything on a mobile phone or tablet makes major differences for the project.

The repository system makes this product work for our projects. We are able to upload all the drawings and documents into the system and all those involved have access to the info no matter where they are located. Checklists and reminders for items to be completed daily make the Supers' jobs onsite easy. A simple check on their phone, tablet or laptop pushes the data to all the other members of the team.
