Overall Satisfaction with Procore
Procore is being used company-wide. Procore solves problems such as follow-ups, document control, and serves as our entire construction management system.
- Procore does well: submittals, RFI's, bidding, change events/change orders.
- These are strengths because construction managers typically have a large workload and they spend less time staying organized since all tools can be accessed remotely.
- Purchase orders & commitments viewable in the budget.
- Purchase orders synced with Sage only appear as a direct cost, not a detailed line item or committed cost within the budget tool.
- Budget Tool does not allow a drill down into associated costs.
I have not used any other construction management software.
Yes, we have benefited from these capabilities. Follow-ups/alerts on overdue items are extremely helpful.
