Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

We use Prophix as our data mining software for our institution. We use it as a consolidation tool for our financial statements.

  • Prophix has streamlined our month-end processes with the assistance of the variance template reports and consolidated financial statement templates we are able to build.
  • Prophix has made our budgeting process more efficient by being able to maintain accurate details and revisions.
Prior to using Prophix, our budgeting process was all Excel-based. This made it challenging to manage the updates and revisions that occur throughout the cycle. The other challenge was ensuring proper approval for the budget requests which Prophix was able to solve for us.
Prophix is a great tool and helps my office on a daily basis. There are a few hiccups from time to time where we lose connection to the platform.
Prophix is more aesthetically pleasing than the other platforms. It is the system we've always used so there is comfort with the platform as well.

It is a great data mining and consolidation tool. It pulls the transaction details for the period. We use it as a main source for our budgeting process each year.
