Overall Satisfaction with Pure Storage FlashArray
Pure Storage FlashArray is being used with VMware Horizon view for all desktops in the company. In the past we have had issues with capacity and performance of the VDIs. With Pure Storage we have never had to worry about capacity with the incredible duplication and the performance is top notch.

- Cost effective do to the compression/deduplication
We had our IBM Storwize actually crash on us with the IO we had on it. The Pure Storage unit has 3 times the amount of IO on it without an issue that's why we went with Pure Storage.

2 - We only have 2 people that can support Pure Storage FlashArray. Even only having 2 people with the skills it seems to be enough as there is little to do once the unit is ready to go.

Yes - IBM Storwize was replaced. It was replaced because that unit could not keep up with our virtual environment.

Pure Storage FlashArray came highly recommended from our vendor. After doing a proof of concept we knew it was perfect for our needs.
We wish we would have gone with this unit sooner.

We had gone over 100% capacity on the unit do to some issues in our VDI environment. It was late at night when the issue occurred I was able to get support on the line quickly. They were able to connect in the background and see what processes were running and work their magic.
