Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

We use Quickbooks Enterprise as our complete ERP solution. From Accounts Receivables, and Payables, to Inventory Management, Quotes, and Orders, Quickbooks Enterprise is our primary tool for day to day business.

Pros

  • Inventory Management
  • Purchase Orders, Quotes, and Sales Orders
  • Payroll

Cons

  • It's a great product and from our perspective we can't see any need to improve.
  • Quickbooks streamlines our workflows. We were able to reduce costs and employee count by 10% and are only using a fraction of it's capabilities.
We have not experienced growth while using it.
The setup was very easy, and I explained this briefly in another question.
No unexpected ways.
This is a long list, and every program has it's pros and cons. Ultimately we chose Quickbooks because of simplicity, 3rd party integrations, and cost.
