Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QuickBooks Online to pay bills, invoice, receive payments

Pros

  • invoice creation
  • Applying payments
  • creating new clients

Cons

  • Be able to click on invoice and see the payment/credits applied from the invoice
  • This software is easy to use for small business
  • Emailing the invoice straight from the soft ware is great and links to my email
  • Payments received goes right to my bank
Its so easy to use QuickBooks Online and recommend to small businesses. QuickBooks Online is used in a lot of businesses and well know by many. Everyday I learn something new that will benefit me and the business. I have been using QuickBooks Online for 20 years and prefer it over Salesforce and Monday
They are expensive and always have freezing issues and duplicating entries and no one available to address issues. To change the way you use the sites it takes time to update and its too jumpy and makes annoying issues. These effect the whole company and can take a lot of time off your day

I love that QuickBooks Online payments show open invoices that we can apply to. I like that I can pull a report of payments applied. I love that researching clients is A-Z . QuickBooks Online is simple to use for beginners and seasoned users. QuickBooks Online is a universal used software. QuickBooks Online is my go to for book keeping.
