Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

We use QuickBooks Online to keep track of all our bookkeeping needs for our roofing business. It tracks all our expenses and customers and allows our accountant direct access to our account making taxes every year much easier. It also helps us keep track of all our customers. It is a great accounting tool.

As someone learning accounting using QuickBooks, it has been very easy to pick up on how to use QuickBooks and learn all the functions it has to offer. I would highly recommend for now or experienced bookkeepers. Most things are very user-friendly and self-explanatory, and if you do need help, they have a great customer service team.
I have only ever used QuickBooks.

QuickBooks works well for small business like the one I use it for which is a small to medium size roofing and construction business, but using QuickBooks for a larger business I don't feel would be most efficient. The setup of processing sales receipts and invoices seems a little too time-consuming.
