Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced

I use QuickBooks Online Advanced everyday to keep the books for our Law firm. Today I had to call Priority Support to help me find the 1099s that were generated by QBO to send to our contractors. The customer service was excellent and the agent stayed with me until the problem was resolved. I always appreciate their help and willingness to stay with me until I get what I need.
  • Customer service.
  • Bank downloads.
  • Reminding me of duplicate entries.
  • More direct access to phone help, you usually have to jump through a few loops to get a number!
  • Keeps us up to date.
It was very easy to set up and implement QuickBooks Online Advanced. I was able to use it immediately.
We are a law firm with 10 employees and many outside contractors. I use QB Online to keep track of all our accounts and payroll. Only the manager, accountant and I have access currently.
I like that it does call our clients "Clients" and not customers!
We have only used QuickBooks Online and never felt the need to explore [other] products.
Perfect for our small Law firm.

Using QuickBooks Online Advanced

2 - Bookkeeper and Manager. Outside Accountant has access also.
  • Keeping books balanced.
  • Good reports.
  • Keeping track of client billing.
Great software. Good customer service. Good updates.
