Use Cases and Deployment Scope

RENXT is currently used company wide in several departments. Development uses it on the daily from reports to looking up notes, adding notes and assigning tasks etc. Our Executive assistant uses it for looking up donor information to pass on to appropriate department for quick turn around time so we can get back to our donors in a timely manner with information they are seeking. Education uses RENXT for information on Organizations or Schools that may have memberships and need to register for Annual meetings or different workshops. RENXT being accessible to all departments addresses many problems for us, this way information is available from anywhere, on a phone, ipad, computer you do not have to be in office to use it makes our outreach to donors more seamless of a process.

I would like to see Batching gifts on RENXT
Queries and Reporting from RENXT
Online Express, email capabilities from cloud as well as being able to assess for Events information, this is where we have to constantly go into database for that information
Needs to be easier to change one person's access, instead of the block who are listed with same securities

These are a work in progress. Our IT department seems to try to complicate because of the things it wants the SKYAPI to do and not yet capable, we have corporate management running a non-profit which makes it challenging to achieve these goals aligned above. There is a split of non-profit and corp employees and it seems to be a slow process in learning how they differ and why that idea they may have might not work.
