Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge

Our organization uses Raiser’s Edge as our primary fundraising CRM and financial fundraising production reporting tool. It is used by over 40 staff members with responsibilities that include all levels of giving solicitation, major gifts, direct mail, online contributions, and corporate and foundation grants. Stewardship, research, prospect development, gift entry, reporting, events all use the tool in everyday work.

  • Integration with Luminate Online.
  • Providing easy access to constituent information.
  • Contains all the necessary tools for an organization to manage fundraising efficiently.

Cons

  • Latency in online NXT product.
  • The user interfaces could be more intuitive.
  • The costs for additional module and customization are high.
  • It helps identify high potential donors.
  • It allows easy access controls for administrators.
  • Provides excellent data-management tools.
  • Provides useful and accurate reporting.
Raiser’s Edge is by far the most powerful tool in its price range. With constant development, partners with plug-in options and multiple consultant alternatives, there is nothing else available in the same price range. It has good support, customer success managers to aid you in your specific needs, and great training tools and help materials with easy online access.

Multiple channels of support are available -- chat, phone, customer success managers and highly-trained consultants. The support either in chat or phone are highly knowledgeable in the software, and when they can’t help they escalate issues to higher levels of support rapidly.
