Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
Bloomsburg University Foundation uses NXT as an online version of our fundraising database. The main users of the product are our frontline fundraisers, who find it easy to access individuals and contact individuals at the push of a button and record a note/action that shows their contacts

Since NXT is still releasing and building out their product, we have not seen the efficiency we had hoped for. There are still parts of the product that are being developed, so we are hopeful that it will meet our needs. With the tags feature, I hope it will increase our efficiency once our team is using the product more.
Integrating with Financial Edge software to offer a full package of accounts receivable, account payable and fund management. We also utilize Research Point to create efficiency around ratings and wealth screens.
We utilize Financial Edge NXT for the same reasons as using RE NXT. It is easy to quickly look up fund balances on projects, especially while we are in meetings or visiting with donors. The Financial Edge project we also utilize for not only our fundraising revenues, but also our real estate revenues.
