Overall Satisfaction with LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo

We use it for computer maintenance and support services.

Pros

  • Unattended feature is the best in Rescue
  • We can customize it and put our company name which I like the most.
  • Rescue Calling Card for our existing clients and they can connect to us by just clicking on it.
  • Very much user friendly and easy to use, Even if you google search then it will show on the top of it

Cons

  • Though it is the best but pretty expensive.
  • Sometimes its keep on dropping. May be because it consumes too much of bandwidth.
  • This rescue does not working properly with hotspot 4G but only works with broadband,
  • It looks legit business that will be positive
  • Nowadays even scammers are using this paid version that might be negative in near future
it is very user friendly
No body can reverse the remote access
I have seen many online scams
there are many things that we can do in the rescue which makes it like a branc
Both are good but not that user friendly as compared to logmein rescue. Rescue is better when you are using multiple remotes in one console or in one license

Well suited scenarios is that it does not give a warning while taking remote that this might be a spam because we will have the full paid version but if you are using trial then it keeps on dropping and a warning while taking a remote ..

Using LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo

this is user friendly so we do not need any skills . We been using it for the last 12 years
  • down time rarely
  • sometimes session is lost automatically
  • some times it crashes may be because of updates
  • nothing so far
  • may be once our head count increse then will decide

Evaluating LogMeIn Rescue by GoTo and Competitors

It all depends upon the line of business and the number of agents but my first choice will always be LMI Rescue
